Cleaning machines and systems are special devices used to remove impurities from surfaces or components. They are used in many different industries, such as the automotive industry, the electronics industry, the food industry and medical technology. There are different types of cleaning machines and equipment that can be used depending on the type of contamination and the surface or components to be cleaned. Some examples are: Ultrasonic cleaning systems: here, the components to be cleaned are placed in a tank filled with cleaning liquid, which is vibrated by ultrasonic waves. This creates small bubbles that loosen and remove contaminants. Steam cleaners: These devices generate hot water vapor that is applied under high pressure to the surface or components to be cleaned. This loosens and removes contaminants. Sandblasters: This involves directing a jet of sand or other abrasive particles at the surface or components to be cleaned. This removes impurities mechanically. Solvent cleaning equipment: Here the components to be cleaned are placed in a tank filled with cleaning solution, the solvent dissolves the contaminants and removes them. Cleaning machines and systems can be automated and also integrated into production lines to ensure efficient and precise cleaning.
