Hand-operated round bending machines are machine tools used for bending sheet metal and metal plates. These machines are usually small and portable and are operated manually, i.e. they do not require electric or hydraulic power. The machine consists of three rollers arranged in a triangle. The sheet to be bent is placed between the rollers and then bent by manually rotating the rollers. By adjusting the position of the rollers and the speed of rotation, different bending radii and bending angles can be achieved. Hand-operated round benders are often used in workshops and for smaller metalworking projects. They are well suited for making round or semi-circular shapes and can be used for a variety of applications such as making gutters, chimney linings, covers and similar projects.
