The SmartObserver is a software for online visualisation of measurement values enabling condition monitoring of machines and installations or energy consumption analysis. The software displays measurement values and time series in table form or graphically with signal limits. An alarm escalation strategy can be set up for preventive maintenance tasks. The cockpit indicator provides a convenient overview of all data. For example, current process values can be displayed as speedometer, bar graph or trend. Correlation analysis of several process values is also possible. The SmartObserver can be implemented in a web server or installed in a machine. The software helps to achieve energy savings, improves the organisation of preventive maintenance and service actions and thus reduces costs in the entire manufacturing process.
