The Blank CentroClamp can be used for centric clamping of cubic or rectangular blanks with maximum edge length of ca. L= 160 x W = 80 x H = 160 mm. The jaws can be adjusted in a grid of 5mm. The blanks are fixed firmly with several M8 studs. The compact design and the tapered jaws provide optimal access to the work piece from all sides. The Blank CentroClamp can be mounted on appropriate palettes from below using M8 screws. The Blank CentroClamp from F-Tool is suitable for low-cost, robotised small and medium series production. The new F-Tool product combines compact design and flexible application possibilities at a favourable price. The great advantage of the Blank CentroClamp lies primarily in its use on robotic systems that need constant re-feeding and require a large number of clamping tools for day and night shift operations.
