Auf der Werkzeugmesse der Firma PWK Knöbber in Kassel vom 19. – 20. April 2013 sind mehr als 60 Lieferanten rund um das Werkzeug präsent. Zu denen zählen unter anderem wir, die Firma Datentechnik Reitz. Wir möchten Ihnen unsere CAM Software SprutCAM für die Programmierung Ihrer komplexen Bauteile und Geometrien vorstellen. SprutCAM 8 ist die ideale Software zum Einsatz der zahlreichen Werkzeuge und garantiert einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Programmierung. Fräsen, Simultanfräsen, Drehen, Erodieren, Schneiden, sowie ein 3D CAD Tool für die eigene Konstruktion der Bauteile ist in SprutCAM möglich. Unter anderem:
  • Fräsmaschinen bis 5-Achsen Simultan
  • Drehmaschinen mit Gegenspindel und mehrere Revolver
  • Drehautomaten
  • Drahterodiermaschinen
  • Laser- Plasma- Wasserstrahlanlagen bis zu 6-Achsen
SprutCAM bietet das volle Programm: Von Fräsbearbeitung 3+2 Achsen über Drehen bis 25 Achsen und Erodieren bis 4-Achsen, bis hin zum 3D Fräsen ist alles möglich. Täglich wird die Software weiterentwickelt und optimiert. Zudem bietet SprutCAM zahlreiche Schnittstellen zu anderen CAD Programmen wie Inventor, Solidworks, Solid Edge oder Rhinoceros.
