was ist der Unterschied zwischen Sprutcam und ency

Sprutcam ist eine Software, während wir mit ency ein komplettes CAD/CAM Portfolio bezeichnen. Also CAD, CAM, Werkzeugverwaltung, Cloud, AI, Roboterprogrammierung, CNC Simulation.

 

gibt es Sprutcam weiterhin?

Die Software SprutCAM gibt es natürlich weiterhin, aber unter dem Namen encyCAM. Lediglich die Oberfläche wurde leicht verändert und verschiedene Neuentwicklungen im Quellcode integriert.
 

Wozu das Rebranding

Im Rahmen unserer Neuentwicklungen rund um die Software SprutCAM, war es aus Gründen des Marketing sinnvoll, den Namen zu ändern. Der Hintergrund war, dass der Name Sprut in einigen Ländern nicht gut oder sogar falsch übersetzt wurde. Ency ist hier wesentlich einfacher und im Rahmen und in Hinblick auf den internationalen Vertriebskanal besser.
 

Ist der Anbieter der Software der Gleiche?

Der Anbieter der Software und das komplette Vertriebsteam national und International ist identisch mit dem SprutCAM Team. Datentechnik Reitz betreut Sie wie gewohnt in allen Fragen zum Thema ency.
 

was bedeutet der Namenswechsel für mich als Kunden.

Für Sie als Kunden hat den Namenswechsel keinen Einfluss. "Aus Raider wird Twix, sonst ändert sich nix" Dieser Begriff ist aus den 80er Jahren der Inbegriff des Rebrandings eines Schokoriegels. ency V1 ist SprutCAM V18. Allerdings mit wesentlich mehr Funktionen als vorher.
 

erhalten Wartungskunden auch ency kostenfrei?

Ja natürlich. Alle unsere Wartungskunden erhalten ency kostenfrei, da es eigentlich ja die neue Version von SprutCAM 18 ist.
 

Ist die Oberfläche und die Funktionen neu?

Nein, alle Sprutcam Kunden werden in 1-2 Stunden ency bedienen können. Lediglich die Buttons und das Design wurde etwas modernen konzipiert. Der Quellcode wurde aufgeräumt.
