AMB 2014: Spitzenwerte für die großvolumige Wellenfertigung mit der VT 4-4

Die Vertikaldrehmaschine VT 4-4 ist ausgelegt für die hochproduktive Bearbeitung von Bauteilen mit einer maximalen Länge von 1.050 mm und einem maximalen Durchmesser von 200 mm.

+ Automatisiert
Über Werkstückgreifer werden die Rohteile in die Maschine transportiert und nach der Bearbeitung wieder entnommen. Während der eine Greifer ein neues Bauteil in die Maschine legt, transportiert der andere das fertige Teil wieder aus der Maschine heraus.

+ Simultan
Der Bearbeitungsprozess mit einer maximalen Drehzahl von 6.000 1/min erfolgt vierachsig. Dafür stehen zwei
Werkzeugrevolver mit jeweils elf Plätzen zur Verfügung, die mit Drehwerkzeugen oder angetriebenen Werkzeugen bestückt sind (ein Platz ist durch den Greifer belegt).
