By integrating state-of-the-art measuring and testing methods, we build highly efficient measuring and testing machines according to customer requirements, which guarantee economical production of a wide variety of components for almost all industrial sectors with high quality requirements. The use of industrial vision systems, tactile and non-contact measuring systems play a decisive role. Due to the very fast cycle times and extensive testing requirements, a visual inspection by humans is not 100% guaranteed. Here, only self-sufficient, high-precision components, which can be integrated seamlessly into the mechanical engineering concept, take over the work and ensure a consistent high quality.
