This adjustability combined with optimal accessibility makes the vise even more flexible for 5-axis complete machining. The fully encased spindle, drawbar extensions and a large range of top jaws mean the KSX-C can be adapted quickly and easily to any new requirement. With quick-clamping levers and a continuous adjustment of the clamping force, workpieces are clamped resistant to vibrations and a high repeat accuracy in less than one second. Workpiece clamping is clamped under tension, which prevents the base body from bending.
