Range PC ? Fast, precise, powerful
Automatics in the PC series are machining centres and are used whenever classic cam-controlled automatics reach their limits. Their range of functions goes far beyond that of turning. Tapping, mill cutting, polygon turning and eccentric drilling operations make complete machining of geometrically complex workpieces possible. Six or eight work spindles, endworking and cross slides that can be controlled independently of one another as well as rear-side machining with up to three tools are standard. The Schütte programming system SICS 2000 can be used for simple control of more than 56 axes.
PC multi-spindle automatics are designed for material removal of geometrically sophisticated parts made of hard solid materials. Wide gashes and complex drilling operations are part of your daily production operations. The machines are designed to be robust, durable and technically flexible.
Series SCX ? the new generation
With its SCX-32 Schütte has introduced the first member of a new generation of multi-spindle automatics. The series SCX realises in full, and for the first time, the vision of the ?Multi single-spindle automatic? that provides access to a variety of machining processes as part of a highly productive machine concept that makes resetting easy and operation simple.
The SCX combines the tried and tested features of the classical multi-spindle auto in puncto: speed, rigidity, reliability and productivity with the demands made on modern NC machines: functionality, precision, flexibility and ease of operation and resetting.
The design of the SCX opens up a completely new dimension in the machining of the second, i.e. the part-off side of the component. The second side is machined in two more stations. These consist of two additional spindles and two fully fledged machining units, from which up to 6 tools finish-machine the component in two cycles.

Series G ? fast and compact
The multi-spindle automatics of the G-series cover the range of small turned parts up to a diameter of 20 mm. These exceptionally fast, cam-controlled machines are ideal for the high yield mass production of turned parts at short cycle times. However, this particular machine concept offers more ? the G-series combines the speed and reliability of cam drives with the flexibility and the accuracy of CNC technology.
The G-series thus opens up a wide range of other applications. From the simple, mass produced turned part machined at high speed, to the precision complete-machining of complex workpieces ? the G-series offers technologically sophisticated, economically attractive solutions for the manufacture of a multitude of turned parts. Quick-change interfaces for cams and tools make the machines also suitable for medium-size batch production and the manufacture of component families, with CNC slides reducing setting times still further.
