The SCHIESS CNC vertical machines VertiMaster AERO are based on a modular machine design, which may be combined in various working areas, with different milling heads and control systems. The standardised width (2.000 mm, 2.500 mm, 3.000 mm) is combinable with any length (step of 1.000 mm). The direct driven 2-axis head UB-MS 20 has 60 kW (S1) respectively 80 kW (S6) and 24.000 min-1. The weight is 560 kg only. These parameters result in combination with an acceleration of 5 m/s² in all axes in high dynamic and material removal rate! Additionally we show the UB-MS 45.
