Description
-Continuous adjustment of additive mix -Injector Venturi Principle -Savings of cutting oils or emulsions -Repeated extension of the service life -Low maintenance -Simple and low-cost operation Function: The unit can be screwed either by means of a 2" sleeve directly on the barrel with the concentrate or with an optional mountig kit to the wall. The cooling lubricants liquid (on the basis of mineral oil, half or full-synthetic products) leaves the mixing unit perfectly homogeneous. The unit operates using the injector Venturi Principle whereby the water flow pressure produces a vacuum. Thus the adjusted quantity of the water-mixable coolant is sucked in and mixed in the water operated vacuum pump obtaining a stable and homogeneous emulsion.
