KOSMEK ha desarrollado una nueva generación de elementos de sujeción neumáticos.

Alta velocidad, alta rigidez, larga vida útil y alta precisión con un potente mecanismo y, al mismo tiempo, la serie de elementos de sujeción más pequeña del mundo.

Nuestra exclusiva junta ha sido desarrollada para proteger contra el refrigerante de alta presión. Al utilizar un material de sellado con una excelente resistencia química, también es muy resistente a los refrigerantes a base de cloro.

La posición bloqueada y desbloqueada de las abrazaderas puede reconocerse mediante un sensor (Auto Switch).

Los elementos de sujeción neumáticos están disponibles en tres versiones diferentes:

-     Abrazadera giratoria WHC, rápida y precisa con una repetibilidad de sujeción de ±0,5 grados gracias a un mecanismo de 3 bolas de acero.

-      Cilindro compacto con mecanismo articulado integrado WCC, donde la palanca de sujeción se puede soltar verticalmente para facilitar la carga y descarga.

-     Palanca de sujeción con palanca de sujeción retráctil WFC - el movimiento compacto de la palanca permite la sujeción en lugares de difícil acceso.
