The Forschungsvereinigung Antriebstechnik e.V. (FVA), based in Frankfurt am Main (Germany), starts its GETPRO Newsroom to present itself at the IndustryArena.

The FVA is the world's most successful and largest research and innovation network in drive technology. Industrial developers and scientific researchers have been working together since 1967 on pre-competitive basic questions in drive technology.

Since 2007, the FVA Congress GETPRO has been held every two years. The aim of the GETPRO Congress is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between engineers and technicians who are involved in the design, development, production, assembly, logistics and operation of gear drives, or who bear responsibility there.
