Description
2-axis high precision vertical turning machine for workpieces up to Ø 1,000 mm and 2,000 kg in weight. . The Mikroturn 1000 V achieves a size and form accuracy of < 2 micron and a surface finish (Ra) of 0,1 - 0,4 micron in workpieces up to 70 HRC. Key features: -Hydrostatic main spindle with a < 0.2 µm run-out and integrated torque motor -Hydrostatic X- and Z-slide with a ± 0.1 µm repeatability -Rigid natural granite machine base with an integrated system of vibration dampers -Sealed type direct linear slide measuring system -External hydraulic service unit. -Automatic tool changer -Siemens 840D SL control with a 0.01 micron resolution
