The Mikroturn 100 Turn/Grind is a ultraprecision hard turning machine with an integrated grinding spindle. To meet the demands of the market for a surface structure that is only possible through grinding, Hembrug can integrate a grinding spindle into it's horizontal models. This configuration offers the advantages of the hard turning process and, where required, realises a surface structure that is only possible through grinding in one clamping set-up. This saves process steps and offers significant cost savings.
