Purpose of processing

We process your personal data in accordance to our privacy policy and for use of the "Fastems OPEN HOUSE 2019" and the related communication in accordance to Art. 6 (1a) GDPR. This constitutes a legitimate interest for us in accordance to Art. 6 (1f) GDPR. Furthermore, you hereby agree that we can contact you for the purpose mentioned.

Recipient of the data

Within our organization, those units gain access to your data, which are necessary to fulfil the above purposes. Personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the aforementioned purposes or if another legal basis exists. If necessary, we conclude the corresponding data protection agreements with third parties, in particular pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Storage duration

We delete your personal data stored here 4 weeks after expiry of the above-mentioned action, insofar as at the current time of participation there is no further reason for storage (e.g. active customer relationship).

2. Purposes of processing and legal basis

The personal information you provide when registering for the Fastems OPEN HOUSE event will be processed for the following purposes in connection with the event:

• Confirmation of registration including entrance ticket
• Sending information about the OPEN HOUSE event
• Manufacture of a name tag
• Creation of a list of participants to carry out the registration at the event location

The legal basis for this processing of your personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR. In addition, Fastems will send you an e-mail after the OPEN HOUSE event in which Fastems would like to thank you for your participation in the OPEN HOUSE event and will also send you a confirmation of participation in this way. This processing of your personal data is of legitimate interest to Fastems. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

3. Order processing

Fastems uses IndustryArena as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR for the processing of your personal data in connection with the registration and execution of the OPEN HOUSE event. The necessary data protection documents have been concluded for this purpose. For further information, please contact the Fastems data protection officer.

4. Deletion periods

Your personal data will be deleted 28 days after the end of the event.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights over Fastems as the data controller with respect to personal data relating to you:

• right to information;
• right to rectification and cancellation;
• Right to restrict processing;
• right to object to the processing;
• right to data transferability.

To exercise these rights, please contact the Fastems Privacy Officer at privacy@fastems.de. Your rights are generally exercised free of charge. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by Fastems.
