  DESCRIPTION
  
  The SPADA Multi S Compact is a 8-spindle rotary transfer machine with 6 CNC units (station 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, each with X- and Z-axis). Station 4 is a pneumatic turn around station. Station 8 is the loading-/unloading station with integrated cut-off unit (saw). All tools are non-driven tools (no driven tools for drills or mills). The max. spindle rpm is 5.000 1/min and has a clamping diameter of 32 mm. The materail is fed by a bar loader/magazine. The coolant is processed in a band filter unit equipped with a high pressure pump. Furtheron, the machine is equpped with a swarf conveyor and chip cutter. The machine has processed only aluminium.
