Die neue Auflage der alle zwei Jahre erscheinenden Publikation „Photonics in Germany 2017“ ist erschienen. Sie  stellt die "Köpfe des Lichts" und ihre Neuigkeiten und Innovationen vor. Somit sollen national wie international noch mehr Menschen für Photonik begeistern und die Kräfte für Innovation in Deutschland und Europa gebündelt werden.

Wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren unterstützt der VDMA die Publikation mit einem umfassenden Beitrag - siehe Seite 8: "Photonics in Germany is open-minded".
