I am looking for the EPROM image of a Yaskawa CIMR-AU2A0169FAA driver

I only have an image of it but it is corrupted and with this image I can't get the driver to work because it shows OPE01 error
I tried to find if there is a way to change the parameter on this servo drive, but I didn't find any solution.
