Eine Messe wie die EMO Hannover auf die Beine zu stellen bedeutet eine gewaltige Kraftanstrengung für alle Beteiligten. Dabei geht es nicht immer um Maschinen und Systemlösungen, auch das leibliche Wohl darf nicht zu kurz kommen. Die Messe-Gastronomie hat also ebenfalls gut zu tun, hier die Planungen:

  • 30.000 l Bier
  • 160.000 alkoholfreie Getränke
  • 60.000 Tassen Heißgetränke
  • 650 l Wein
  • 200 Fl Sekt
  • 100 Fl Spirituosen
  • 20.000 Bratwürste
  • 8.000 Bockwürste
  • 10.000 Steaks
  • 15.000 Schnitzel
  • 2.000 Haxen
  • 8.000 Suppen
  • 50.000 belegte Brötchen, Sandwiches etc.
  • 8.000 Stück Pizza
  • 7.000 Hamburger
  • 3.000 Wok-Gerichte
